6 Summer Go-to Vodka Cocktails!

6 Simple Summer Vodka Drinks that will have you SWOONING!

By mid week I am usually ready to unwind and spend a couple of hours with friends catching up over a cocktail. I am a firm believer that having “adult time”makes you a better parent. It allows you time to take a break and regroup.  This week I joined a friend for cocktails and when I was presented with the menu (and so many drink choices) honestly , I was stumped! I love trying new drinks, but I have a pretty picky pallet. If I am not drinking wine, I like vodka and I want a cocktail that is light and refreshing, but nothing too sweet!

This put me on a mission to find my favorite go-to vodka cocktails for the summer. I have searched and sipped this week to find the 6 perfect summer drinks for a picky pallet!
